Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the 360Stage Photo booth and 360Stage Snap Booth services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any applicable laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Description

a. 360Stage Photo booth Experience: 360Stage offers an immersive 360-degree photo booth experience for events and occasions.

b. 360Stage Snap Booth Experience: Our 360Stage Snap Booth service provides a dynamic and instant photo capture experience for your event.

c. Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.

3. User Conduct

Users agree to use the 360Stage Photo booth and 360Stage Snap Booth services in a lawful manner and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. Inappropriate or offensive behaviour is strictly prohibited.

4. Photo Capture and Sharing

a. User Content: Users are solely responsible for any content captured or shared through the 360Stage Photo booth and 360Stage Snap Booth services.

b. Content Usage: 360Stage may use event photos for promotional purposes with user consent.

5. Booking and Payments

a. Booking Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure a booking.

b. Deposit Payment Deadline: The deposit must be paid within 5 working days from the date of booking confirmation.

c. Full Payment: The remaining 70% of the total amount is due 7 days before the event.

d. Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made through bank account transfer, cash, and PayPal.

6. Damage Clause

a. Users are responsible for any damages caused to the 360Stage Photo booth and 360Stage Snap Booth equipment during the event.

b. In the event of damage, users agree to compensate 360Stage for repair or replacement costs.

c. Failure to settle damage charges within 30 days of receipt of the invoice may result in legal action to recover costs.

Please ensure that the photo booth equipment is handled with care to avoid any damage.

7. Travel Fees Fare

a. Travel fees may apply for events located outside a specified radius from our base location in Dublin. These fees will be communicated and agreed upon during the booking process.

b. For events within Dublin and nearby areas, travel fees may be minimal or waived entirely, depending on the distance and duration of the event.

c. Travel expenses, including transportation, accommodation, and meals, incurred by our team for events requiring significant travel outside Dublin, will be borne by the client and included in the final invoice.

d. Any additional costs associated with venue-specific requirements, such as parking fees or access charges, will be the responsibility of the client and communicated prior to the event.

e. For events requiring overnight stays or extended travel, arrangements and associated costs will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Please note that travel fees and expenses are subject to change based on the specific requirements and circumstances of each event.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

a. Cancellation: Users can cancel a booking, but the deposit is non-refundable.

b. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.

9. Equipment and Setup

a. Responsibility: 360Stage is responsible for the setup and operation of the 360Stage Photo booth and 360Stage Snap Booth equipment.

b. Venue Requirements: Users must ensure the venue meets specified requirements for optimal photo booth performance.

10. Limitation of Liability

360Stage is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the 360Stage Photo booth and 360Stage Snap Booth services.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

360Stage reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the 360Stage Photo booth and 360Stage Snap Booth services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
