We accept payments through bank account transfer, cash, and PayPal. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event.

Yes, digital copies are included in our services. After the event, we provide access to an online gallery where you can download and share the captured photos.
We’ll work with your venue to ensure optimal setup. Typically, we need a dedicated space, access to power, and suitable lighting conditions. Contact us to discuss specific venue requirements.
While the deposit is non-refundable, you can cancel your booking. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.
