Tell Us About Your Event
Send us your date, venue, event type, timings and the experience you're interested in. We'll confirm availability and recommend the most suitable package.

Personalisation & Design
Depending on your experience, we'll prepare personalised overlays, print artwork, welcome screens, guestbook greetings or corporate branding around your event.

We Prepare Everything
We organise the equipment, approved designs, event logistics and venue requirements. For corporate events, supporting safety and compliance documentation can also be provided.

Setup & Event Delivery
Our team handles setup and testing before the agreed start time. Your experience is then operated as attended or self-service depending on the product and package selected.

Brief & Requirements
We establish the event objectives, venue, timings, guest numbers, selected experiences and operational requirements.

Branding & Approval
Logos, brand colours and creative requirements are used to prepare the relevant overlays, prints, screens or activation artwork for approval.

Venue Coordination
We confirm access, setup location, timings, space, power requirements and any venue-specific instructions before arrival.

Documentation
Insurance, PAT documentation, risk assessments, method statements or RAMS can be supplied when required by the venue or event team.

Setup & Testing
Equipment is installed and tested before the agreed start time, including early setup arrangements where the event schedule requires them.

Event Delivery
The experience is delivered according to the agreed event plan, with attendants or self-service operation depending on the selected product.

Need to know more about booking, setup or personalisation? Here are some of the questions we hear most often.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible once your event
date and venue are confirmed, particularly for weekends
and busy seasonal periods. Availability is always confirmed
before your booking is secured.
Can you help me choose the right experience?
Yes. Tell us about your event, venue, guest numbers and
what you want the experience to achieve. We can recommend
the most suitable 360 Stage product and package.
When do we approve our personalised design?
Where your package includes personalised artwork, we prepare
the relevant design before your event and send it for approval.
This may include photo overlays, print designs, welcome screens,
branding or guestbook elements depending on the experience.
Do you set everything up before the event?
Yes. Setup arrangements are agreed in advance and our team
prepares and tests the equipment before the scheduled start.
Early setup can also be coordinated where the venue or event
schedule requires it.
Do you travel outside Dublin?
Yes. 360 Stage provides event experiences across Ireland.
Travel requirements and any applicable transport charge
are confirmed during the booking process.
