We booked 360 Stage for our wedding and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and made the whole process so easy. On the day, they arrived on time, got everything set up quickly, and kept our guests entertained all night.

We had both the 360 Stage and the Mirror Booth for our wedding and they were absolutely fantastic! All of our guests loved them and everyone had so much fun creating unforgettable memories. Hi, I wanted you to know that I had the absolute pleasure of watching Timothy work miracles yesterday evening at the Masters of the universe premiere in Cineworld Dublin.
He went beyond expectations and I observed him being so kind to the children and all attendees. He naturally engaged with the children, encouraging them to dance and use the their props to achieve better photos and fun memories. Their photos came out amazing.
I myself was very delayed and only (very cheekily ) chanced asking for my photo after the event when Timothy had already started to dismantle the equipment. And he couldn't have been more generous with his time and manners. Such a kind gentleman. He absolutely made our evening so special and I love my 360 photo . Thanks so much and a special heartfelt thanks to Timothy who was a star ⭐

360stage made our confirmation party a huge success, very professional service equipment was like new, and the attendant was amazing with the kids using the camera. When they packed up and left we were very surprised to get all the videos sent on to us within hours of the party finishing up. I can’t recommend 360stage enough. Top class service

Here are answers to some of the most common questions couples ask before booking 360 Stage.
Do we get 10% off if we book more than one experience?
Yes. Book two or more eligible 360 Stage wedding experiences
together and receive 10% off the combined package price.
Transport, bespoke production and other additional charges
may be excluded from the discount.
Is a deposit required to secure our wedding date?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve
your wedding date. Your booking is not confirmed until the
required deposit has been received.
Is our booking deposit refundable?
No. Booking deposits are non-refundable once your booking
has been confirmed, as your date and equipment are reserved
specifically for your wedding.
Can everything be personalised for our wedding?
Yes. Depending on your chosen experience, personalisation
can include your names, wedding date, colours, photo overlays,
print designs, welcome screens and Audio Guestbook greetings.
When do we approve our wedding designs?
Where your package includes personalised artwork, we prepare
the relevant designs before your wedding and send them to you
for approval before they are finalised for the event.
What time do you arrive to set up?
Setup arrangements depend on your venue and selected experiences.
We normally plan to arrive with enough time to install and test
everything before the agreed start time. Early setup can also
be coordinated where your wedding schedule requires it.
Can you coordinate directly with our wedding venue?
Yes. Where required, we can coordinate access, setup location,
timings and relevant venue requirements directly with your
wedding venue or event coordinator.
Do you travel to wedding venues outside Dublin?
Yes. 360 Stage provides wedding experiences across Ireland.
Any applicable travel or transport charge will be confirmed
when we quote for your venue.
Can we book three or more experiences?
Yes. You can combine multiple 360 Stage experiences for the
same wedding. We'll coordinate the setup and timings so the
services work together as one event plan.
When is the remaining balance due?
Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance is normally
due five working days before your wedding.
